If you read the post you'lll notice it's not through the forks.....It's through Muskoka Lakes. Not as treturous but very nice.
And for those who are concernned about legalities, seems to be only tcc as we've been through this before, a waiver will be signed. Same as CSCS has you sign upon entrance to the event.
Legalities will be taken care of. It's a cruise.....try not to take all the fun out of it and let us worry about what we need to worry about.

I'll bite, why do they need it?
I'll bite, why do they need it?
something like this happened to the C7 Cruise and I've heard of it happening to a few clubs that used to have weekend cruises. I've also heard of it happening on navigation rallies (that take place on open public roads)
Now I wasn't trying to rain on anyone's parade... I asked that question because fi they do I'd consider participating .. if they don't I have other things to do taht day then.
A waiver doesn't mean the organizers won't need liability insurance. in the above example Person B didn't sign a waiver and was an innocent by-standers since they haven't waiver their righst they can still use them. Person A and anyone in the cruise that signs the waiver can't sue the organizers, but being that this is on public roads, there will be innocent by-standers that should something happen they will still have all their rights.
