i took my g2 test in standard and passed my first try... its really not that hard... if you open the Driver's book, there is actually instuctions on how to take your test in a standard. if you read it it explain everythinig...

as in you have to downshift when coming to stop... honestly for that, just put your foot on the clutch and brake and mow throw the gears as your slow down, but don't actually disengage the clutch... they wont notice... i did it for first gear o it would be nice and smooth... hahhaa...

also, never cruise in neutral, you lose point... you always have to be in gear... they just mark you on clutch, gear changes and i believe like i was just saying, being in gear... but buy a book iif you don't have it and just read the manual transmission guidlines for the test... its all explained in there.

the ebrake trick on the hill is the best lesson i was taught when i was learning to drive stick.
and my cuzin also told me I'll be considered good once i learn to move the car by jus using the clutch

Just slowly bring up the clutch, and pause if it is going to stall, nothing special about moving it with only the clutch.

But shifting without using the clutch, I hear that if you can do that then you're good. I don't know how you do it though.

Shifting without using the clutch? If you can do that, without destroying your gears I'd be most impressed.
