Save up a bit more then 13, and get a really nice Maxima SE or
Lincoln LS. You still live at home, why not buy a brand new car?

Not really. There are tons of low k 00-01 SE's and LS's in the trader for under 20.

Lately I've been looking at picking up a 300ZX twin turbo or something of the sort. My sensible side says to go for a CRV though. :-\

I'm torn...

IIRC, Gallagher, you are a young adult who is 17 who works hard for his part time job while attending school.

You don't need to proof to people who you are by the car you drive. I am not against buying the car you like, but IF you put too much effort just on the "car" itself and forget about everything else that matters, I am afriad you gonna lose more at the end.

When I see a young kid (the ones that don't work, attend school or just recently graduated but not making enough) who drives a 325, it is either a gift from parents, or he/she is just trying hard to fit into a certain social group. I ain't saying there is anything wrong with that, being rich isn't a crime, nor does being average or poor has any other effect as well.

Just to share my thought, probably not needed anyway. But if a more luxury car makes you feel better, why not?

why does a kid who can't even legally drink need an expensive car like an a4?? you should honestly just be happy you have "A" car... your supposed to enjoy life not work like stink to save up for and keep an expensive car on the road... if anything start saving up and when your 21 or done college put a huge downpayment on a house then you'll have it paid off by the time your 30... then go buy your nice car cause you'll be making tons of money then and own a house

I went outside my friends house and disarmed my alarm and heard it went off (3 beeps) and walked around and seen the door. I freaked cuz no1 was around. I was pacing up and down the street in anger. When I was back at my car, the neighbour across the street came outside and said it was him. He said he will pay the deductable amount ($500) or something but I priced it out and its $1500.

What should I do, file a police report ?
