kinda hard to explain the noise itself.. sounds like its coming from the engine/tranny area
it kinda sounds like something is getting touched by somethig that is rotating dont kno if that makes sense
but the sound comes when the car is in gear n i accelerate
i'l try get some1 to drive my car n tell me what they think n post here

does it make the noise when turning? is it more of a grinding/cranking noise with like a spinning moition... or does it sound like a whirring/humming noise almost like if you had a bad tire tracking along...
if its making the noise when you are turning and its noticeable clicking noise then its probably he shafts, but it could be your wheel bearings too... does the noise go away if you gun the gas or does it get worse the harder u push the throttle... do you feel a pull in your wheel at all?

yea i guess its more like a grinding noise i got new tires in april aligned and everything and this noise started last week monday so i dont think it has anythin to do with the tires
the noise is there as long as i'm pressing on gas but it gets killed cuz of other noises but if i'm going slow and press gas it can be heard clearly
aside from this i also hear a clicking noise when i turn left take a little sharp left turn and i hear this clicking noise so now i kno i gotta check the shafts and the wheel bearings thanx

Funny you mention this b/c my car does the same thing. When I accelerate it makes this noise that comes from the passenger side of the engine. It's different than the ticking noise that my car makes when I start it up in the morning and when it's cold outside. This only happens right after I change gears and press the accelerator.
On my car I can hear it mostly while in 3rd gear and I'm accelerating. It also happens in 2nd gear but the noise is not as loud. I've also noticed that if I have more people in the car or if I am going uphill the noise is more defined.
It's definitely not a tire or axel problem b/c when the car is at a standstill there is no noise whatsoever.

I guess anything is possible, but I just don't see why any problems with the clutch would show up as noise when I accelerate. [/B][/QUOTE]
i have had it happen before but like u said it could be any thing, when the cluch has a lode on it the spring does some thing i can't rememebr what but it makes a noise none the less to me thats what it sounds like u are saing.......... but hey.. never know right

but you kno what .. when i'm putting the car in second gear, i hear a grind noise.. i'm assuming its inside somewhere i dont kno because its so soft i hear it when i'm putting the car in 2nd gear
and the other noise starts coming when i accelerate.. not when i release the clutch kno what i mean
but the car is running fine if it was the tranny or something major it would've broke or the sound woud've gotten louder right?
