Spotted: hot conversion on a 5th or 6th gen coupe

wow... so im out taking my sister to her swimming lessons and i decided to go to tim hortons at midland and eglinton to wait and have a drink... and in the parking lot... there was this crazy civic with some pretty interesting front end and rear end conversions!!

i BELIEVE it was a 6th gen coupe... looked bigger than the 5th gen coupe... was a teal/green color... custom interior... with a front end (what looks to be a) 350z conversion and a rear end tsx conversion...

now THAT'S creativity... well... at least i think so ... it just "wow"ed me... and im still in awe

meh... i guess the description really throws if off... but you really have to see it to appreciate it... imo it was real nice

too bad i didn't take any pics... well... first of all i didn't want the owner to think i was some stalker... or some wannabe who likes to admire everyone elses car... blah blah blah and the list continues... and he probably wouldn't want a unauthorized pic of his car posted by someone else.... you know what i mean?

The description of it makes it sound pretty nasty. Probably one of those "You had to be there!" type of things coz in person it'd be more impressive.

come to think of it... (and not because of peer pressure hahaha)... the front end DOES look weird... especially with the 6th gen coupe's grill in between the two headlights... however... i liked the rear conversion... i really liked it... probably cuz i like the tsx so much

CivicOverdose's post is funny hahaha

I remember seeing a 99 blue accord coupe with a celica headlight conversion and a crazy body kit, looked pretty cool but it was too overdone for my tastes.

i've seen that car around a couple of times, it looks like they did a really good job on the conversion. nice and clean, no gaps or anything. but in my opinion they could have chosen something better for the front. the rear doesn't look too bad though.

today, i saw a 5th gen hatch (not sure, but i think it was), with an s2000 rear, and some funky ffront end.

correct me if i'm wrong but isn't the rear end of an s2000 SUPPOSE to be on an s2000. maybe if they had done it properly it would have looked decent, but this rear end looked like it was to big.

i'll paint a picture: Imagine J.LO her *** is to big for her so it looks weird IMO, this car was the same...

that civic is my boi's car its a sir that he converted into the tsx and g35 front. imo he is a big idiot cuz sirs to me personally sohouldnt be modded to heavily cuz they are specialty cars. but once converted they are just the everyday joe's civic. oh well.
cost him nuff money tho over 15 grand dumped into body. once again idiot.

dude... i say the rear tsx conversion was pretty good... but your friend could have chosen a better front end... HOWEVER... dito on the comment about how SiRs shouldn't be heavily modded... exterior-wise anyway...

CivicOverdose i saw that hatch too... it was a bronze-ish color wasn't it? and i think the front end was an s2000 conversion also... but i know exactly what you mean about the rear end... had to make it FAT just to fit the lights or something... i don't know why the rear end was implanted (speaking on j.lo's ***' terms hehe) like that... i mean... the front looked great... but the back was just.... bad???

Who has seen the reddish brown colored car thats parked just west on eglinton past kennedy. IT has like IS300 tails, mercedez headlights, BMW badges and a whole bunch of other crap like abit touring wing and stuff. So weird but alot of time was prolly put into that car.

Ever since the new tim's at eglinton and midland opened it has been a new chillen spot for some nice cars.

When you have the molah, you are your own boss as to how to spend it.

The most important thing is you have to like it yourself.
