SIR rim refinished!!!

Hey all,
So I finally got around to refinishing my SIR rims. Before there was a ton of oxidation and curb rash. I'm super happy with the result considering I spent around $30 as opposed to $400. Anyway, I only did 3 because I have to get the other one straightened. Sorry about the shitty after pics...I took them with my cell lol...here they are:

Before: this was the worst of all the rims

After:

After: all 3

Anyone want me to do their rims? I charge $200/rim

Looks good man, and you could have put all the wheel waits on the inside lips, or behind the spoke's that way you would see no waits on the outside.

Is there any hope for this

Sorry for the picture quality, I took it with my phone and the car was in the garage. Also, I will be getting new rims sometime, but I might as well clean these old ones.

o_O are they just dirty? Looks like someone took a huge chunk off of your rims lol...if that's just dirt you should be able to clean them pretty easily

I always thought only lazy mechanics put them on the outside..

isn't in possible to balance a rim without a single weight being on the outside?

Yes. There's stick on weights you can put just on the inside of the rim.

I have nooo clue...when I did my rims the dirt was under the clear coat or something o_O so when I stripped the clear coat the dirt came off so easily when I sanded it

Yes you can use stick on wheel weights, and to clean them, get the acid base wheel cleaner and get ready to start scrubbing your rims untill they get cleaner, but i don't think you will get them looking new again unless you get them refinished or repainted.
