best thing to do is get air into the engine and out just as fast, that being said, Intake/Headers/Exhaust.... a 2.5" exhaust and some nice headers will compliment the intake

I was looking into new header but which ones are the best: 4 - 1, 4 -2 -1, 2 piece or one piece? stainless steel or the (ceramic???) one. Also what brands are the best for headers, DC? thank you

you can spend lots on a header... so it depends on your budget... i am not really sure what headers are best and what are not but i am running a 4-2-1 stainless 1 piece..... not sure of the number differences between different types but most will give you a better flow regardless....

How many k's on the car? Was all of the proper maintenance performed over the years?

Get a full tune-up, t-belt and waterpump, change the tranny fluid, coolent, brake and clutch fluid. Have the brakes and suspension components inspected for wear.

A decent header like many has suggested (brand depends on how much money you wish to spend, new or used) and go with 2.5" mandrel bent catback. I think Brad meant 2.5", not 2.25"?

Always do bolt-ons first, cause after that, you are really digging into the chassis/engine/body panel and most of the time, it is difficult to go back to stock.

Yeah man i tried the 91 Octane from Shell the V power stuff it's alright. If you want to see true performance try the 94 Octane from Sunoco. Big Difference. lost about 30KM on a full tank for mileage.

i gain about 30km when i run sunoco octane 94.. and majority of the people here gains some mileage when they run octane 94

you're actually the first one i heard that lost about 30km when running 94. or did you mean the shell octane 91 made you lost 30km?

I have both the AEM V2 and DC Ceramic Header (4-2-1) on my car, and I've been pleased with the way they are. I've had them on for 3 years now approx. 100,000 km, and not 1 problem.

I would upgrade your ground terminal for your battery.

I changed mine out with a streetwires one since I was planning on installing a very decent sound system. Overall I noticed a bit of a difference in my lights being a bit brighter, the PW went down & up a bit faster, etc.
