I've posted in the 'interior' section...but nobody seems to be posting replies....so I thought i'd try the general section in the hopes of hitting a greater audience and an answer.

I've heard you can relocate the HVAC controls to the lower tape deck area in a civic. How can this be done? I took apart my consol today, and I can't figure out how the HVAC controls can be situated there. The control unit is to large to fit inside the tape deck slot.

The bezel of the tape deck, is where the fram of the cup holders meet and also is used to mount to the body of the car...so I can't even remove the bezel..it's one solid piece.

So..how have people done it?

UMMM....no...you can relocate the audio components to the lower cupholder region not the climate controls
