Say it ain't so Dave. The car was looking so good. I'm so sorry to hear that. Are you ok? How are you feeling?

From experince I'm telling you to please go to the doctor. I did when I had my accident last year and was told nothing was wrong, till this day my back has never been right.

I wish you the best of luck in the out come of this Dave. The good thing is you survivied and the car can be replaced in time.

Just like ryanhook stated above... I too got in an accident within the first (mine was a bit longer) 3 weeks of getting my civic. I never told anybody this in TCC yet but this is my second 2002 Civic LX. I was cut off and made an emergency lane change but forgot I was to stop at the redlight and went soaring through it and t-boned a lady, spun around and went head on with a BMW.

The ****** who cut me off took off, which makes me mad. I guess it was sorta my fault for not slamming on my brakes harder but it's that dudes fault for cutting me off. So blah. I got charged for careless driving too and the car was a write-off.

I know what kind of situation you are in. I got a trial date later this year.

There you go Dave, if you still have problems go back to the clinic/doctor. My back is messed and it's been over a year. Some nights I can't even sleep. On the Gardener, cut off, slammed on my brakes, rear end and pushed into another car. Ask my buddy Andrew who comes to the West End meet with me, he was the passenger and is fine.

I wish you the best of luck in whatever you decide to do now. If you need a hand with anything just ask.
