what they should do is create a better program all together one that actually reduces smog.... maybe t hey are scarping it because it hasn't reduced anything

it doesn't mean that we should let our cars drive/run like ****

IMO it's still important to have a well tuned car, but all the emissions eq't is sometimes a burden. Even w/o a cat, I'd like to believe if I left the car running in the garage and came out 1/2 hour later that I wouldn't pass out immediately LOL

it's always been a cash grab more than anything else..
shyt, ya honestly think they care about the air you breathe?? there's a million other things that contribute to pollution more than cars do..

good riddence to it..
tho i'm sure they'll find another way to get the cash out of me..

hope they plan on compensating everyone that paid for the training to get certified tho..

well it saves me the $30 and i've heard that only personal cars are exempt. Commercial cars and trucks still gotta go for emissions

I know I am not upset to see it go. I was cheering when I heard it. Too bad I still have to do it in September.

that was just a stupid idea from the beginning and it was even more stupid of them trying to phase it out.

I think they should implement something similar to California's smog prevention program, cuz if we continue like thing, any retard will start drivin around in their ****azz rustbox and smoke the whole city.

Most of you guys havent lived in a city with smoking cars driving around, ITS A DISASTER.

the machines haven't even been fully paid for .....

see the mistake they made with the program was not informing everyone how the tests were suppose to be done .. this reasulted in dirty probes and all the other methods of seeing a car fail so that they can get the "fix it" money
