Hey guys,
The weathers getting warmer and it's time to chill and get all the cars together.I know the owner of this new restraunt/bar that is at a great location with a big secluded parking lot.I wanted to get all the car clubs together every thursday at a place where we dont have to worry about being harrassed or kicked out the details are:
Starting Thursday March 25th. Woodbine and Steeles, Dr. Inks in between mandarin and lexus dealership. 10 Dollar party platters. $3 dollar drinks. Every club/team gets a free party platter. The parking lot is BIG and is behind the building so not to attract attention, the owner likes the import crowd, and were going to be doing product giveaways and putting up team banners . if you guys have any questions feel free to call me hopefully i'll see you guys all there.

see, the parking lot may be cool and all...but police are quick to learn where cars hang out and all they need is a complaint from one other business in the complex or whatever and they will be there...another thing is that sure they might not come into the parking lot and bother you but just wait till you pull outta the lot on your way home or what have you there will be an army of em waiting for you

its a good idea but its asking for trouble unless the clubs and teams all wanna drive minivans and suv's to the place to hang out

if you don't have anything illegal done to your car what are you worried about? somedays it's fun to have a cop waste his time on ur car only to find there's nothing he can do...

cops give you bull**** tickets regardless...then u have to waste a few hours to go to court and fight it and then to find out the ****er cop dont show up so u waste gas, miss out on pay from work and then u are just generally pissed

BS Tickets can include:
Impoper muffler, hyperwhite/blue headlights, illegal intake, excessive noise, obstruction of rear view etc.

in majority of cases all those tickets get tossed in court...Grrr!

It is mandatory now for cops to show up apparently, cops are paid overtime if they are on holiday that day to show up, otherwise it's usual business for them

So don't expect the cop to not show up, because they will from now on.

like the majority of cars are stock except for a few minor things like exhuast and neon lights now ahahahahaha who cares let them get pulled over...if you aint got anything illegal who cares! its like ppl are afraid to go out now...maybe it would be a good idea to know the HTA while youre at it just in case

hey guys to answer a couple questions:
- No the owner doesn't promote drinking and driving, actually were taking steps to promote anti-drinking and driving, there will be other patrons there besides us automotive enthusiasts. It is merely a added benefit, no one is forcing any of us to drink, there is also cheap food .haha and plus if drinks were expensive no one would want to come. Everyone should know their own limits.
-No matter where you go theres going to be police, yesbigger groups bring more attention but it's everyone part to play it cool and if your not doing anything wrong then you wont be the first to be harrasesed, trust me they have more hardcore stuff to go after.
Another step we are taking is- Since i am one of the bridgestone n.america cars from team rsquadron I will be tlaking with pacer to further promote the event to get some of the heat off our backs, I will do the best I can to minimize it.
Lastly if you guys would like to come out get some free food and chill I am now reserving parking spots( that are watched over by paid security) for teams and would like to speak to one personally indiviually about orgaization adn getting the free platter.

ok it is between lexus and mandrin, but they are not together, one is on steeles and the other is a fair distance away on woodbine. Is it where the Kelsey's was almost on the corner??

glad to ehar you guys are interested, yes it is where the old kelseys used to be just west of the lexus dealership and east of the esso. Is tehre a way you guys could start a list or poll so I can know how many spaces to reserve for you guys and to make sure I get you guys a free party platter?Thanks
