Let's just say I'll be using my Toyota Employee discount to it's potential and getting a brand new, fully optioned car for about $13500.

Bingo! Not the coolest car around, but very economical. I'm saving several g's over a normal customer. It's very fun to drive too.

I thought you looked familiar. My wife thought she was the only girl around who had an Si.

I'm keeping the Si, so the wheels are staying on it for now.

Yeah, not the nicest car on 4 wheels, but it will run forever and I can't resist the price. A/C, ABS, power windows/locks, keyless entry decent stereo. The base ones have nothing. The Yaris payment and gas will be cheaper then just gas for the Si. They are super reliable and hold their value too. I bought it outright, so I can drive it into the ground unlike my other leased cars.

The Si is good if your not driving much......but when your driving 100+km a day its just stupid not to drive the most economical car. I cant wait for the diesel civic to come to canada, 3.5L/100km FTW
