New Car

Well. I ordered my new car today. A black/Black leather 1.8T Jetta with Sunroof/17" wheels package. Cant wait. Unfortunately i had to go with an '04 so i have the new ugly tails and chrome trim but no big deal. Ill come to a meet as soon as i get it. Probably int he next two weeks. My civic is getting picked up this week :-( Farewell to her she treated me right.

See you guys soon I hope.

well...i had to take out a line of credit for the down payment. Its only 5000.00 but it will keep my payments down and it was the only way I could get approved on that car without a cosignor. I think it will all work out. Next good check I get ill probably pay off my insurance for the year and that way keep my monthly expenses down a little.

taking out a line of credit to make a down payment...

that doesn't make any sense to me.

why not make a smaller downpayment and have the remainder factored into your monthy payment?

Congrads
May I ask why VW?
I would say that model of Jetta is equivalent to V6 Accord coupe.

Mostly because I am in sales at a VW dealership :-)

And thankyou marty...I took out a line of credit for 5000.00 because as you can see from the above post i made, its the only way i could get financing on the car I wanted without a cosignor. (And i dont know about the rest of you but i dont have a spare 3500 bucks laying around for my down payment...) So thats what I did. Besides Ill flip the car in 6 months to a year anyways and pay off the line of credit, if i havent already.

TDIs RAWK!!! my dad's got one... they are unreliable, but surprisingly fun to drive when they run right.

yah...so yet another change of plans...lol.
I decided against the line of credit and a brand new car just yet.... things are a little tight if i go that way sooooo...im buying a 2001 Jetta Wolfsburg. Black on black with tint, exhaust, a chip and wheels. Ill probably change the wheels cuz i dont like them but it is a really nice car. Im buying it off of our lot and in 6 months to a year ill sell it and use the profit as down payment on a new car. This is the last time ill be changing my mind....lol.

how much do you want for the Wolfsburg rims and how bad is the pitting on them? They are the 16 inch BBS mesh ones, right?
