New Car
Need some help or ideas....
I'm looking at getting a new car. I'm thinking about leasing a car with payment no more than roughly $400/month. 2 or 4 door. Sporty type car that has luxury. Anyone? |
how much down? (significant factor in lease decisions)...
also lease term... |
Upgrade out of a car if you want change
JEEP SRT8 (or srt 10 whatever, either wasy they are nice) Down payment would be required for this option though |
CSX Premium,
2000 Down $433 a month with tax, 4 year lease... kind of luxery... |

So the Audi is a POS afterall. You want a new car I assume? Disregard basically every car mentioned above.
A CSX or maybe an Accord. The 07 Accords are offering some very low interest rates right now to clear them out for the new ones. |
I love the Audi. But I dunno, expensive to maintain.
Got **** loads of weddings n stuff this summer |

how about the new 2 door altima? it looks almost the same as a G35 Coupe, but its alot cheaper ;) same motor so check it out

Get a 3 series BMW. The low end with a down payment will run you in that area and all the maintenance is included for 3 or 4 years, so all you have to worry about is the lease payments and gas.

Steve, if maintenance bills worry you, then you are not financially ready for the upgrade. From your old hatch to A4 somewhat proved the theory.
If you want a car that can give you status, power and domination, then you need abundance of money to back you up. If you don't have the source, a car will only drag you down into the deeper financial negativity and at the end, you will lose your status because you have no more money; you will have no power because the car cannot bring you happiness; and you will no longer dominate because you will regret your decision. For your own good, think this one through. |

For your own good, think this one through. I think I came across wrong. My car is great on everything, but instead of spending more money to fix this car, I was thinking that a lease with a warranty might be better in the long run because I wont have as many maintenance bills. Timing belt wont have to be done before the lease is up. All the long run maintenance stuff is hitting me now. |

or wait, the 1 Series be out soon :D
135i has a 300hpTWIN TURBO I6 >_> making 300hp @ 1400rpm? (could be false but thats what was stated) and it should be in the 30s =) |
What do you think about the A3's?

$$$$$$$$$
My Audi is so quiet and so smooth! |
Originally posted by Gallagher $$$$$$$$$ My Audi is so quiet and so smooth! I dunno I'm sort of bias to the Altima, I really like the new one, price and styling are both great, and it comes with a decent choice of motors too, I would love to get an Audi too, but bank for buck its hard for me to justify =) I have to admit one thing, even the low end audis are pretty luxurious in terms of comfort(maybe not ride but seats etc) my A3 would cost me the price of a loaded TL, I guess it's a matter of preference too =) $32k for altima, 46k for A3, or 50k for a TL? then u can say 55k for an is250, 58k for a 335 :P |
$37k roughly for a nice A3
|
I'm leaning towards this one tho....

Friend has an A8L , hot car =p but the S8 is CHEAPER then the A8L W12 =p yea I don't think the A3 for 37k is that nice, its about 46k with decent options =) and its not even Quattro to boot, only the 3.2 is , http://www.lexus.ca/lexus/experience...262M&year=2007 not bad :D 1 series ftw though =p |

The BMW 2002 was a small 2 door car that BMW produced back in the 70's as an entry level car. The new 135i is supposed to be similar.

BMW 323i = 35,600 Sedan

I work at BMW and have looked into many options. Plus the 323 is slow as hell. If I were you (and this is actually what I am doing anyways). Beginning of next year the 1 series comes out. 128i which will have a 2.8L inline 6 producing 230hp. Or the 135i which is a 3.0L inline 6 twin turbo. It has better power to weight ratio then the last M3. And will do 0-100km/h in around 5 seconds. And it will be starting at 35000$$. I have driven a load of the 335i's, which come with the same engine. And they are crazy fast. And super super fun to drive. Anyways if your willing to wait it would be something to check out. If your around the Upper James area come by Budds and I can find you some info on it. |
^ give us some more info about the 1 series please
and that sounds like a pretty good plan |
