Anyone know of any good mechanics that are open after 6:30 pm that I could make a appointment?

Basically, would be nice to hit two stones with one rock and get the e-test and cert at the same time.
I want to make sure nothing major is ****ed up with it.

since I'm buying this for $5,000

That's over price for a stock civic si. Maybe $3000 for it.

it's also 10 years old, for $5000 you can get one with a B16,B18 in it, and have suspension work done to it.

I'd rather spend the money on a low k all original car then one that had a different motor from who knows where in it and a bunch of aftermarket parts on it.

I'd take it to Honda dealer and have it inspected before a Canadian Tire, but any garage can do an inspection, but I would try Honda first. iGarage or Defcon might be able to help too.

$6000 is a little high I think, even for a loaded Si. I'd offer $4000 and go up to $5000.

My 98 had them. I believe most of the higher optioned Canadian Civics had heated mirrors along with a larger washer fluid tank.

LOL. Not much. Intake, maybe a used catback exhaust, springs, used wheels/tires or even just a tune-up.
