Ok I lost my oem keyless entry fob a few months ago , last week I finally found it. I replaced the battery but it no longer works on my car , so I guess it lost its frequency, When I bought the car a few years ago I watched the salesman set it while standing in the lot , but I didnt see how he excatly did it. Does anyone know??

if you hold down the unlock button i belive it gets the feq. that was like the one on my alarm

I tried that with the car on , just the key in the on position , nothing worked for me.

nope, just held the button down not in the ign. or try just pushing the button a bunch of times
