My Car Got Stolen!!!
My car was stolen!!
I was at work in Markham close to Steeles working 3-8pm. I left work at 8:11pm, walked out to where my car was parked and it was gone!! I knew immediately that it was stolen. Please keep an eye out for it, this is what it looks like:

It just pisses me off that you can't even put any work into your car, or have pride in it, because some ******** are gonna steel it instead of buying the stuff themselves.
Anyways, any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Chris

it was at the sports complex by sheridan college, and i didn't get a good look, but it seemed that they have friends that live right there that told them, when i was leaving some guy walked across the street to meet them. they were two fairly big brown guys.

The car has been found. It is currently in the possession of the police, they need a couple of days to finger print. So far, all I know is that the computer, stereo system, clear corners, and sir rims are gone. The dash has been damaged and the interior is soaked. The cops said insurance most likely won't repair it, so I'm gonna wait to see if it is a potential buy back. Anyways thanks for all of the nice comments and KEEP AN EYE ON YOUR CARS!!
P.S.
I did have an alarm, but when people know what they are doing there's not much you can do.
Thanks
Chris

Stereo components:
JVC cd deck
2 Pioneer 6"x9" s
2 Jensen Amps
1 Pionner 10" sub
I don't think insurance will cover it because of the interior damage. The cost of brand new replacement parts for things such as the dash, computer, seats, etc. is pretty expensive.
Thanks Again

The insurance will cover it, but it depends on what kinda coverage you have.
If you have full coverage, the insurance will repair the car to the condition it was stolen before. If you only have 3rd party insurance, obviously, no one will pay for it except yourself.

Glad to hear you got your car back, it doesn't seem like to much damage was done!!
If insurance is willing to fix everything, after they give you an estimate tell them you want a second opinion from Honda for OEM parts.
The prices they use are lower then if you were to buy them from Honda so insist on OEM parts. If they are willing to let you fix it then you might be able save money by buying stuff off the boards and in the long run come out with more then you started all thanks to insurance.
Good Luck

I believe you can take your car to any shop you want and get it fixed. The insurance will pay for it regardless.
But I don't know why you guys are happy that the car is found. It is like your woman cheated on you then came back to you, I wouldn't take her back for sure.
The rims are gone, so no wheels. The interior is soaked, so it is gonna smell like crap when it dries up. You will spend so much time clear up the craps and you gonna feel like **** while you are doing it.
Here is what I think you should do
First, find the receipts of your rims and all other aftermarket parts that you own on your car. Make a small file of it and then fax to insurance. They will recover those items base on the receipts.
But wait, tell them you want cash settle for the missing parts, and then at the same time, send the car to a dealer or a trusted garage and have them check everything, inside out. List the mistakes and the problems the car has and have them fix it.
Once the car is fixed, you either 1) part it out 2) get a clear corner because you don't want to drive with holes in the front, and get 4 steel wheels so your car is on the road again. Use the money you got from insurance and to buy other parts you feel you need.
Think about it, it is like a 2nd change to redo your car. You might not like your previous stereo system or rims and now you can get a different set.
At least that's what I might do.

For instance, my insurance doesn't cover stolen CDs in the car because it is related to Home Property Insurance which I am not insured of. I had my stolen stereo recovered, but not the CDs.
