Mako - ill be anticipating your arrival in march man, when your finished with that car its gonna be crazy.
imported - I dont think they will be an admin there but you can drop the money off with one of the many trusted people there like lordm, gatherer or someone more likely to see an admin.

BAHHHHH!!! Burned my pants again...damnit!!! Just realized there is a valve on the canister to adjust the size of the flame....burnt my pants adjusting it...lol....
I'd suggest PM'ing an administrator of your desire to pay the membership fee and having the administrator contact one of the members who will be attending to accept the money from you. Otherwise, it may be difficult to track...no disrespect or distrust to anyone who offered to accept the money on their behalf but, to protect the members, and administrators, I think you should contact an administrator first.
