While I know they do exist, I doubt they sound that good... and I use the term good loosely. I do admire the sound of a Blow Off Valve, but I understood it cost thousands of dollier doos for a setup... possible one of the reasons I admire them (now owning a turbo setup). But to 'fake' a turbo setup... I try and picture lining up beside a car at a light and hear, Vroom Pssss... Thinking, kewl a fellow car enthusiast(sp?)... Only later to find out, while I'm waiting 2 minutes ahead at the next red, it was all show and no go... I would be upset, but I have this new outlook on life, and I feel stupidity is it's own punishment.

I highly doubt that this 20 dollar addition makes a sound like the car in the video clip. I'm sure the car in the clip is already turbocharged, I swear I could hear the turbo spooling.
I used to drive a turbocharged car and my blowoff valve screamed...gotta love the Greddy Type-S.
In conclusion, don't fake the funk. Get the real thing or gtfo!

On the set they used them on every car that did'nt have a turbo and nobody knew the difference when the movie came out.

if that car is turbo he would have took off faster that thing is slow...

I think it's turbo'd. made for top end
F&F: I finally figured out, I think, is Fast & Furious... I don't think you're lying T-Mack (cocain's a hell of a drug, jokes) about your friend with/had one, but Special effects are very easily added... I remember when (female president, or vice president, ralley or maybe it was wife of... but it did happen!) I think barbra bush was on stage for a ralley, the crowd booed, but during the 'live' broadcast, with the short delay that they had, were able to change it into cheers... I think it was Hillary Clinton, but can't find the video.

this thing got me laughing... I would put on on a winter beater as already mentioned, or possibly on a friends car as a practical joke.. imagine getting in your car, drive down the road and all of a sudden you here blow off valve going off under your hood lol I wouldd be wtf'ing hardcore haha

My winter better is y type r civic... I could drive her into a ditch, a snow bank, snow storm, black ice, snow blow, roll over... but I could have the heart to put one of those in'er tail pipe.
