Just bought 88CRX Si !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hey, I fianlly bought a CRX si!!!!!!!! My ex made me get a car w/back seats b4 so I bought a 92 si hatch, and I LOVED that car, but have always wanted a CRX. A couple nights ago I was made an off I couldn't refuse, so I am now the owner of a CRX finally!!!! No women to talk me out of things now! I will take pics and keep everyone posted on her build up, which is going to be a long one, but very detailed! I managed to get it home with no pass side door fender or brakes!!!! Good thing the car was only 3 blocks from my house! Anyways, it here now and I think I'll go sit in it fora while!

Later

Shane

i didn't know the crx's had that rear steer thing... i thought it was just the preludes... does it actually help out handling though?

haha... PASSIVE rear steering, not DYNAMIC like on the Preludes. It basically means the steering was done through changes in geometry as you cornered.

it makes the car feel like slop...the rear is all waggly, I hated it on my 88 especially when being used to the 1st gen with solid rear axle...that thing was solid as all hell!

Thanks! I Love CRX's and have always wanted one. The "offer" I couldn't refuse was a straight trade for a 92 Integra Black Widow front bumper! I think thats a good deal! It's going to be a major build up b/c it needs some work and I'm going to take my time and work over EVERYTHING and do it right! I'm going to keep a very detailed record of the build up. This will be my LIFE!
