If there are people coming from Hamilton then 403/Dundas would be more accomodating, but we should make sure that they are coming before we choose that location otherwise a TO location makes more sense. So who from Hamilton is coming?

If not too many west end guys are coming we should do it at the queensway mandarin.

http://www.mandarinbuffet.com/locations_queensway.html

Thats a 30 min drive from Oakville and I'm assuming the same form Markham/scarb.? Maybe even less.

Myself and Fug are from Oakville, so that's two west-end guys.

We should have two locations
one close to east side and one close to west side.
depending on what crowd is the biggest we will eat at that area.

mandarin it is.
also i dont think they can accomodate for large crowds. most of the mandarin i have been to have small tables and they have those chinese shutters everywhere so its like small cubes with like 4 tables in each cube i doubt they will be able to make it one long *** table.
anyone know any info on this?

also we need to have a cut off date as to when people will come atleast 1 week before the actual dinner so we can book reservations.

also lets not forget the after dinner chill out spot.
most of the location on the westside is garbage cuz there is nothing to do.

team rukus.. i have had large lunch/dinners there before and we have fit 15+ at a table. They just combine the tables to make one long one. I'm sure we could tell them to save us a whole room (if we have that many ppl) But I know for a fact that they can fit a lot of ppl at one table. (atleast 403/dundas can)

if they do that at the location we decide to go to then thats perfect.

Let's start a rough list, and put down your location to which further determine the final restaurant location. If you don't care where to go, then don't put down the area. That person will not be counted towards the location choice. Like myself. I don't mind where I go.
