Exclamation I GOT MY CAR!!! Look! Pictures!

I finally got my car!!! Insurance was a bitch to get but it's taken care of now. I got it last night, but not until 8:30pm...and I was out in the west-end...so I didn't make it to the meet. I'll be there next week though.

It's totally stock...and will be for a while...money is tight.
The first things I'm getting are coilovers, struts, and an Alpine head unit. Then I gotta save till I get other stuff.

I bought Skunk2 coilovers on eBay (new) for $200 + $31 shipping, since it's an indiviual, he said he'll mark it as a gift and put a low value...hopefully I wont have to pay duties.

As for shocks...probably Koni Reds...

Engine mods...NONE... In 2-3 years Ill swap out that crappy D16

Let me know what you think of it!

hehe
looks good man... this post reminds me of how exicted i was the day i got my car when it was still bone stock...
.
.
.
i can hear Duy falling of his chair in laughter and Jeff stabbing himself with his IV needle cause he's laughing so hard...

hehe... but yea, an alarm is a good deterent. No alarm will do jack all if a pro really want's your ride, but it will ward of the punk kids who have much time on their hands since schools' nearly out.

Give Diamond a call at Auto Sound Design 330 Steeles Ave W, Thornhill, ON (905)881-1311

hehe...it 'looks' clean...at least from my pics...cleaned up in PHotoshop...but up close you can notice little dents all over...paint chip in one little place...as for the engine...it really is pretty clean.

ANyways, what about the futureshops at warden/eglinton and kennedy/ellesmere...im close to those

Not sure about now, but the install at Kennedy/Ellesmere used to be poor quality. Personally, I would buy the alarm at FS and get a good audio shop to do the install.

Good luck, and congrats on the new ride.

D16 Crappy? NO!

Ok, nice car, but D16y8 crappy? Nonono you are wrong!

Well, ultimately, it's up to you. But I just need to say a 13sec daily driven SOHC is something my DOHC friends crave.
