Yep, that is something that can be organised too.
Maybe next summer, a long road trip for a week-end

We start, we join you, we all continue the ride until we meet Vancouver civic club!! That would be really great!
That's something big, and summer is almost over, so that's why I'm saying that for next summer!!

But this year, we still have time to organise a meet between our 2 clubs!

Welcome to the club.
I'm loving your car, it's very clean.

It would be awesome to organize a quebec/toronto meet somewhere halfway. Do the majority of people in the club speak english?

I was on club civic quebec a few months ago, but the majority of the post are in french, and im not that good at speaking it yet let alone reading writeing it... So I will continue to post here, but ill be useing the clasifides on your board im sure... Ill just get my girlfreind to help me out with some of the french posts

It sounds like you guys dont have meets... But im gonna try to make it out to some events, like the tremblant track ect... Id definately be down with a toronto cruise!! seeing as im a TCC member lol...

Is there any perks with the CCQ mebership? or do you guys even have paid memberships?

Whatcha talking about? :-)

I'm still here checking on you guys ;-)

Don't you guys remember the meet we did in 2002 during Darknights? We were about 8-10 cars from the CCQ that came down..I remember meeting Juggz (he helped me clean my throttle body! ) and in exchange i took him for a ride in my sedan.

A TCC/CCQ would be good. SCP[5] is going to be happening here again in October, that may be a good time to do a meet if some of you were planning on coming down.

As for "CCQ Club Meets" we often have some. But because we cover the whole province..what we tend to have are weekly regional meets. AS for club membership. 20$ gets you a card and two club stickers. We have rebates with many companies throughout quebec. We've started now to get Honda dealerships in on the action and many of them are eager to work out a partnership with our club.

My ultimate goal is still to be associated w/Honda Canada..

Oh..incase some of the newer faces don't know me..here's my sedan:

But these pictures are old. The car has been repainted (well..the same color..) but it's completely been converted to a Ferio (rear wing, 3rd brake light, window thingies....I'm still looking for the rear bucket seats..everything else I have)

I remember the meet in 2002, unfortunately family obligations caused me to miss it. I remember TCC had a poor turnout that day. Hopefully in the future we can possibly do a cross promotion with the clubs and have a grand meet.

Is dupes still running CCQ? I believe he set up the last meet in TO or was it you? Actually I remember you had a couple of great group buys too.

Yup, Dupes is still leading the CCQ!!

As Kev said, we are having meets almost every weeks around Montreal. South Shore, North Shore and Montreal.
Check out the region sections, it's all there!

For BoOsTd, you are welcome on the CCQ!!
I know it's a lot of french on the forum, but don't worry, you'll learn

That would be great to see you at SCP 5 !!

Welcome.

I'm also a mod on a different Civic site (Admin actually).

I probably saw a lot of the TorontoCivics cars at DKN as well. I spent a lot of time in the Slipstream and Shinzowerks area with some friends from my team/site
