I have...
I drove on it the first day it was open (last Sat) and I noticed alot of cops there. There was an article in the paper recently about how they will be strictly enforcing the speed limit. It did cut down on the drive and hopefully it will ease congestion on the other surrounding mountain access roads.
I did however find the lanes somewhat narrow compared to the Linc and the centre divided area is also very narrow. If there is an accident in the other opposite lanes, there isn't much separating the two directions of travel if a car crosses over.
For you GTA people, it's basically a mini DVP.
And finally, someone who was actually racing gets caught doing 50 over.

I got off nights that morning and drove on it just for the hell of it. It's pretty sweet that you can get to the bEast mountain in minutes instead of tens of minutes.
I think the cops were flexing nuts that morning, just to send out the message "were on this road too".
Give it a few weeks once more people start drinking and driving more and getting their houses broken into cuz Christmas is close, they will be elsewhere.

I drove it for the hell of it, not bad. Got from Dartnall Road down to the QEW in no time at all. It's cut a lot of time off of coworkers commutes from Hamilton mountain to Grimsby.
Just like the linc, cops are gonna be all over it for the first few months its open

Driven on it a few times just to see what it was like.
Took it when I was going to Oakville.
It will for sure cut down on driving...
I don't really go out Grimsby/St Kitts/Niagara area...but if I did I would be loving it.
I only saw one cop on it though the few times I have been.

I saw it but I haven't driven it .. waiting for the connections to the QEW to be done .. last time i pasted through they still had a bunch of paving to do to get that all hooked up nicely. (I'm talking about the offramp fromt eh QEW after crossing the skyway bridge from Hamilton)
