you dont need it, thats why u have a 10 day temp permit to get a safety done and e test...

if the car is transfered into your name I believe u need a safety for the temp plates...but that dont make sense...I never had safeties for my temp plates EVARRRR

well we discovered the car was transfered to my name as pass - unfit so thats why i guess... pretty lame either way... if anybody knows a shop to get a "safety" wink wink dont be shy
