or a b20vtec

But yeah, its quick but its not that fast, very torquey. I've already taken him with my 1.6L, at the track of course No one ever has faith in the 1.6L.

I know its no H22 but he also bought his car with that stuff done to it. In my opinion that takes half of the fun out of it.
But i don't wanna seem like i am raggin on people who buy cars that are already modified by someone else.

Oh yeah? Eaither your running 12's. Or he wasnt dialed in properly.

Last week a stock b20vtec setup wtih ITR cams in a 92 hatch on 22" slicks was running consistant 12.6's.

A b20Vtec is a VERY fast setup if tuned properly. Even stock

well first of all he's running all seasons on 14" steelies, so i am pretty sure thats holdin him back pretty good.
Its tuned with hondata and the guy he bought it from said it made a little over 200whp with ITR cams, now whether this is true or not i don't know. Its got an a$$-load of torque thats for sure, and its more fun to drive around the city then my car, but it doesn't seem to have the top-end that my car does.
I know there should be no way in hell that my full interior 95 EX coupe with a built b16 should beat his half gutted 200whp b20vtec 90 hatch.
We are going to go back to the dyno to see for ourselves what kinda numbers he's making and i need to do some more tuning on my car b/c i've done a bunch of mods since my last session of tuning. Hopefully, I should be close to the 180whp mark, but who knows....only the dyno will tell.

LOL

I know of a b20vtec that ran 14.0. I think 12's is a bit optimistic??????

depends how built the engine/car is... steve's car could probably hit 12's with ease, but how many people go that far with there engine

I know of a fully built GSR that can't break 12's who races at CSCS every year. He's stuck in the 13's.

12's in a B16... i'll believe it when I see it, until then...
