Mardi Gras is a holiday celebrated in New Orleans. It is copied in other places as an excuse to party. Girls get drunk and flash their ***** to get beaded necklaces. I'm quite sure that in Hamilton the only girls flashing their stuff would be the ones that you don't even want to see.
