Lightbulb Hamilton meet

Last Friday, some ppl mentioned possibly having a meet in Hamilton sometime. If we are to have one, I was thinking of at the Meadowlands Shopping Plaza in Ancaster. It's an ideal location, as it's right off the Lincoln Alexander Expressway, and there's plenty of well-lit parking lots...as well as a Timmie's. I haven't thought of a date yet, but let me know what you think.

Thanks,
Chris

Meet

I'm in. I still haven't been to any meets yet, and one here would be great. Meadowlands is a good spot too. Any night over the next few days would be great. Mike

AWESOME! Thanx Mike!

I've only been to a couple of meets myself...not official TCC meets, but they were both excellent turnouts, and everyone's really friendly too . Bond007 and Audiofillia originally came up with the idea of a Hamilton meet, so I thought I'd throw this post up and see what sort of feedback I get. I wanna give everyone much notice, so we get a good turnout... so I'm thinking maybe one day next week...perhaps Friday (the 23rd)???. Keep in mind, I highly doubt this will be a regular meet...so, you should try to make the cruize out to the Wednesday night meets, or other westend meets in Mississauga. (of course I still need to get my *** out to a Wednesday meet )

Thanx again,
Chris

p.s.: check out the Westside Lakeshore Cruise post as well... maybe you'd like to join us...

Hey ya 'old bastard'!

A Friday or Saturday night is perfect for me too!

What do ya think of next Friday, August 23rd... or would this Friday or Saturday night be better for everyone?

I wussed out of tonight's meet -- rain and the old slowdown between Islington and Weston on the pathetic 401. So, I'll be up for a meet soon. Check the forecast for friday or saturday. I'll be able to confirm late tomorrow.

Me too!

I've got all kinds of excuses as well... hopefully, I can make it out next week for sure.

Regarding the weather check... will do

I'd really like to have it this Fri or Sat. night... I just hope it's not too short of notice.

Saturday would be better, as the Home depot lot and other surrounding stores lots are generally quite busy right up til closing. If we go for Friday night, there may still be many cars in the lots around the time we'll be meeting (8:30pm approx.). Which ever night we decide on, there's three well-lit lots we can choose from... #1. Home Depot, #2. Zellers, #3. Future Shop... all of which are next to one another and have either a Horton's or 2nd Cup nearby (for us coffee drinkers, and those that need to use a washroom).

So, Saturday, August 17th...8:30pm at #1 choice Home Depot (take the Lincoln Alexander Expressway, exit to Golf Links Rd., turn on to Martindale Cres.)
