gotta say, i love mine debs..
tho i can definitely see why you'd be turned off of the car after all this shyt..

seems weird tho that all this is happening "since" you got it and not while it was being used as a dealer car or demo (don't remember which one you said it was..)
sounds like they took something off of it and messed shyt up....

will they replace it with another Veloz??
are there any even left??

choice be yours tho..

They say that I must have gone over a pothole or bump and that caused the problems. Interesting that they can't figure out what's wrong, but they have no trouble pointing the finger of blame at me!

I love the car too...I would love another, but fear the same thing will happen again. Wonder if there are even any more out there? Seems like in the past week or so I've seen sooo many....I just want mine back and for it to work again.

So, I just talked to the dealership again...and Honda Canada says that since the problem can't be re-produced, it's the driver not the car! Let's just say I'm fuming right now!

The guy I've been dealing with in the service centre says that he disagrees with them and that it is in fact the car. So at least I have him on my side.

I also called the manager of the dealership, just to make sure he's involved also.

After reading a few discussions on Edmunds.com, I've discovered that this is happening to a lot of people and so far it can't be fixed.

So that's the latest. They still have the car. They're still trying to reproduce the problem. I'm still furious.

Honda Canada must not care about customer satisfaction and repeat business. Once this is settled, I will never deal with Honda again. Not because of the dealership, but because of Honda Canada and their technicians and their people answering the Customer Relations line. Very disappointing.

Thanks for letting me vent!
