You can get place racing knockoffs at a cheaper price... if i recall correctly KSRD can get them. Leitner&Bush carry their own line of custom mounts also, you might wanna contact them to see if they have your application. www.leitnerbush.com

however, if you're converting to stick only, why do you neeed a custom mount? an OEM mount should work with some tinkering.

oh, i forgot more info. this is what i have now in my car...

-B16a(with HASPORT rear drag mount and stock MT Civic mounts)
-GSR tranny w/LSD
-I (yes...) somehow did a trick w/tranny mount using thick washers...

because of engine not sitting properly, it destroyed
my other mounts except for the rear drag mount... so I've decided to get the Place Racing mount and other mounts as well... IF i find one... or any of that sort...

thanks..

For a person that puts a " " instead of an answer, who then is being the smart ***?

And you wonder why you think people dislike your comments......try being helpful every once and a while.....post the info instead of putting smilies.......

the question asked was
"does anyone know of shops that deal with Place Racing(other than oredering direct from them...) in Ontario?? "

cosmic to the rescue

(All does not seem right in the universe)

Yes the wave was

I do

As in I know wil at place racing since I had him do a one off mount set for a Type-r into a CR-x

Now for some info

The problems we've found is under extreme heat the bushings place uses tend to shrink and cause the motor to flex back too much (Racing situations)

As of yet they don't offer a stiffer Race only mount bushing

Why don't you talk to KS-R and have them import it for you...you can arrange everything else. But you realize that no matter what, the duty has to get paid....and will eventually get passed onto you, so it's better to deal directly with the manufacturer, even if you do pay fees for it. What I'm saying you will pay more at a shop here in Canada, since they have to pay everything you have to pay, plus make a profit....as opposed to you just paying what the gov't requires you to pay. Simple math, no?

x+y>x if y>0 and y=profit, profit>0 therefore x+y>x
