B, its cuz of the resolution of your computer. Ive got the same problem.
In addition, I think the size of the option banner has something to do with it as well. Duy had mentioned that somewhere.

The smiles cutting off is an IE problem. Use firefox, it's better :naughty:

As mentioned the width problem will be fixed soon as Option sends in their new banner.
