easiest way for you is this. 401 to kennedy. instead of turning onto kennedy, you can go into the keenedy commons plaza straight from the off-ramp. Go straight and keep driving all the way to the back, eventually u'll see a timmies,a nd thats where we'll be.

Kennedy Commons is actually closer, because Commerce you have to go up the 404 to Highway 7
Kennedy Commons you just take 401 all the way and exit on Kennedy, when you exit, just go straight through the plaza until you see Tim Hortons.
