I am trying to find a local Datsun 510 to buy !
These cars are old skool, but a classic !!

my friend has one , looks like that but its a 4 door , blue , fully restored , nice mags , he was asking like $3500

located in mississauga

Those cars look mad r33t.

I always wanted to buy a BMW 2002, but good luck finding one with low kms.

yup thats it , but has wider and thicker deep dish mag wheels , like muscle cars

i always see these cars ripping **** up at drift comps.....

would definatly be a fun car to have....


what year did they stop making them in?

and how much hp does the average tuned car have?

These cars get engine swaps from 300zx and 240sx.
Alot of them also have turbos ! Most cars get around 4-600hp from these swaps/mods. In a small car like that, it's insane power !
They were great road coarse racecars in their time, raced against Camaros, mustangs and won many many races !
I beleive the last year the 510 (1st model) ended in 1975.76-79 were different shaped.Correct me if I'm wrong.

those little 510's are definately a cool little car... in SCC they had one of those with an rx7 turbo motor in it....

if i had to go for a datsun though it'd be a 280zx.... such a sexy car

I wrenched on my buddy's 240Z and 280ZX when I was 15 and he was 17... before these cars became so hot, we were playing with them as teens. Bought both of them for a few hundred a pop, we had some fun with them... great little cars. Sold them to some fool who blew the motor by revving the crap out of it

Oh, I also had a 85 300 ZX turbo many years back, when I was 16 or so. It was the most desirable model, fully loaded except for leather and the ghay digital clock... what more could I have asked for. The damn thing was rotting at the back cuz the tail lights leaked from day one, collecting water in the trunk area, and hence all the rear susp pickup points were rotted beyond repair.
