Comments from Mr. Shelby...

If anyone watched Riding with Funkmaster Flex over the weekend, funk had an interview with Mr. Shelby.
He asked him what he thought of the automotive scene these days, and he replied:

"I find it amazing how people are buying little Honda's or Toyota's and building them up to 500 or 600 hp. They are learning a lot from them, and gaining a love for cars."

He said something along the lines of that, and I just thought it was worthy to mention how even top notch builders have respect for people like us, building our Honda's on a budget

Saw it too - was really impressed by his comments. It means a lot coming from an old school guy like that.

Yah I was quite happy with what Mr.Shelby said in regards to that. Nice knowing a old fart has respect for us young guys and he was right. We do learn alot from working on our cars by ourselves.
