...remeber..when you pull out of a parking space, your not alway pulling straight out...if one veh oulls straight out and the other on an angle..it could very easlily hit you on the side, but still go 50/50..the only way to find 100% would be to do the accident reconsturction..WAY TOO much money..usualy used for Fatality claims!

Dirty, the polcie report will show what the police thought what happened ....your car will show where she hit you .... An apprasier or a shop will take pics for you, so you don't need to ....

you wont be claiming through her insurance..it goes through yours....if she want to pay...make sure she gives you a certified cheque!!!

Or just make sure she's there when you go to pick the car up, and she can pay the body shop directly ...... that way you get your car and the shop can deal with her if there is any payment problems ....

i dont know...i've seen that situation before a few times and they did not end up showing up..then you are stuck paying for the repairs and good luck getting the money back!! Safest way is to get an appraisal..show her and get a money order or certified cheque in that amount...then there will be no probs!

nah... she prefers an estimate and pay for that. but if she decides to pay for it... can i just ask for the money?

why not??? .... If she wants to pay - 90% of the time the estimate is higher than what they think and they end up going through insurance

idk theyre rich. i got hit by a beemer and the dad drives in on a infinity. and here i am with my civic. man i was so scared she was gonna hit my taillights. even just got em! and lucky it was were the side my muffler was!

worst case.....you both might want to just pay for your own damages..keep away from insurance so you dont have the fault on your record...with my co. that would stay on your record for 6 years!!!!!!!! ...expalin to her that if they proceed through insurance that her rates will also go up!! but do what'cha want dude!!! good luck!!

well she said to give her a call about the estimate. see the dude is so confident ill get stiffed cause he can fix his own damage and id hafta pay for **** his daughter did.
