Car Stolen

just to let you guys know.
a fellow TAC memeber just had his car stolen and the thief crashed his car about 200 feet away from my house and took off on foot.
felt really bad. especially when i got to meet the owner (he told me he was on TAC aswell) i believe his board name was 97accord or something like that.

it was a 5th gen black accord
had rota circuit 8' or 10's
bride racing seat
momo wheel
brightstar hid
lowered
exhaust
another set of rims inside his car
type r grille
etc...

its a sad day in deed especially when you see cars from common car clubs being stolen and then being crashed into another forum guest memebers house about 200 feet away..

anyways my condolences.
you have my business card hope i can be of service to you.
remember insurance might not cover your car if they dont know about your mods.

also you were telling me it had an h22 to aswell so hope everything works out for you. i just saw the car being pryed off the tree it smashed and t boned into.
definately a write off as the roof and floor is collapsed and the air bags blown and even the driver side seat is twisted even though it was hit on the passanger side.
too bad the thief didnt die. or had a passanger in it cuz i saw the whole thing from when the car was racing down my road to it hitting the tree and believe me when i tell you i was ****ting in my pants when it started to come towards my house.

to give you guys more background info

the car was stolen at yorkdale mall
and was driven to malvern within 30 mins
car was reported stolen 15 mins before car crashed
car was reported crashed by me
cops car down told me the info on it
car was originally registered to a house in richmond hill.

felt really bad for the owner he was super nice too he even said i had a nice car too bad we met under these circumstances.

any idea on who stole it? do the cops have any witness's or ID's of the suspect.

He better not just get a slap on the wrist for this, someones great effort comes down to a stupid moron ending it for the poor guy.

i have never seen the guy before.
i was pretty much the only witness hence the reason i gave the statement.
i pretty much know all the people in malvern (lived there for more then half my life) and i can tell you he is not from this area cuz if he was he would be asking me to not say anything.
the guy ran into my neighbours house and went into the backyard and vanished.
then everyone who heard the accident came out to see what happened.

the way i see it atleast his car wasnt stripped for parts.
i was looking at the car for over 2 hours before the cops finally decided to come so the guys around the car wouldnt steal anything.
and pretty much the only aftermarket item that got a slight damage was the driver side bride steat. it actually twisted.

everything else is intact.
strut bars
motor
a/f gauge
shifter
rims (both sets)
grille
hid
etc.....

depending where the car was parked at yorkdale it may be on camera. i'm sure the cops have asked or yorkdale security will review the camera's.

sucks to hear...car theft is soo popular its sad...yorkdale gets alot too, but usually denali's, etc

you are kidding right?? you ever deal with cops at all?????

they'll say "sorry man, that's really unfortunate. here is a report number, call your insurance. we have donuts to eat and tickets to give out for loud exhausts. good luck to you."

cops won't pursue any leads on thefts and whatnot simply because it doesn't pay off for them. insurance is supposed to pay you off, so they really don't care. they'd rather go do stuff that makes them money (like tickets) or do stuff that may get the political advantages (like murders).
