Well, I make mistakes too, but I'm 100% sure about this one...
There's been times when I got jooked into buying stuff that doesn't fit, so I just thow it in the pile of parts I have. I'm sure you'll sell your lip sooner or later.

lol still trying to get the lip to fit eh babs? it might be cheaper just to bite the bullet and keep the lip while you look for another one, like bbarbulo said you'll sell it eventually

I say YES!!! you can just swap the "rear" bumper from an SiR to ur 98 civic no problem ...
lol.... sorrY I just had to do it coz he didn't specify front or rear
