hmmm don't know about that....some civics are quite fast. I remember when I had my 325.....one day....a modded civic kept up with me until the v6 really kicked in at around 150 and then I would leave him in the dust on the.... cough 401 cough...track......
If you mod your car and the bimmer is stock.....it could easily be a question of driver skill.

HOWEVER ONE WORD OF ADVICE.
I recognized from the photos that you bought the car from BMW of Mississauaga. Having worked there for two years as a service advisor I would advise you to be very, very carefull as the owner is a frigging crook.
