Any suggestions on colour to paint CRX?

Any suggestions on colour to paint CRX?
Currently I have a red/black theme on my car (stock rio red w/ black rims, black projectors/corners/bumper lenses).
I am thinking of staying red, but going for a darker colour.
I have been considering either Candy Brandywine or Laser Red Pearl Metallic off of the newer mustangs.
Anyone know any other nice dark red colours? Got pics?
Any help appreciated, thanks!

Corvette blue is a nice shade of red (if you ask me)



anyways you got pics of the 2 colors your suggesting ...?

dark brown

or really dark british racing green

or dark marroon

all would look sweet on a oem body crx

Please guys, it's been decided that I wanted to keep it red. Just looking for another colour red other than stock.
I appreciate all of the other colour suggestions, but I want it red.

I knew I would get at least one of those.

Yeah, I have enjoyed the stock r-63 for 2 years now, I want a darker colour.

That funky yellow on older CRXs, but with some more pearl to make it more vibrant.
But as for red i would go for milano red off the newer Civics (6th gens) or the darker blue from the NSX.

Candy Brandywine!! That red looks really nice. I don't think that you even see that many BMW's in that colour.

Are you sure that you want to go for a darker red though?? Bright pink is a pretty cool colour!!

thats custom coloured i believe.

Tre if thats actually a candied paint, it costs a crapload.

Unless it's just named Candy

Candy is cool, because it looks really deep, like you can look into the paint (Basecoat, Mid coat of Candy + hardener, then clearcoat)

I checked with house of kolors for a red candy paint, and for everything they quoted me over 1100 for just the paint, not including your bodyshop having to spray like 25 coats of paint lol.

yea the candy brandywine is custom from hok, but the laser red is factory from the newer mustangs.
those were just 2 that caught my eye, but if anyone else knows any dark red colours...let's see them!
