Arrow 2002 CCQ Annual Meet

Heck..I'm posting it on all the forums that I belong to..if anyone in T.O wishes to come down to our annual meet here's the info (PS: We'll be coming down to see you guys during DarkNights).

If you do plan to come, let me know..we could arrange for you to stay at some of our members houses maybe:

-------

2002 CCQ Annual meet
It's time again for the annual Club Civic Quebec members gathering. After last year's success at TRAC Racing in Laval, we've had to move to a new location to accomondate for the amount of people expected.

This year's meet will take place at Napierville Dragway in Napierville QC on July 20th (rain date: July 27th). The day is open to all Honda Civic owners whether you have a fresh off the dealership lot Civic Sedan, or a 10 year old 200hp Civic hatchback.

But that's not the end of it, dubbed as the ALL HONDA SHOOT-OUT, all Honda drivers are invited to come to Napierville and hang out with the members of the CCQ. Since we're all part of the same family we've exteneded the invitation to the Preludes, Integra's, RSX's, Accords, CRV's, even Odessey's (we're stopping at the Honda lawnmower division..that would be just too much!)

What's Planned
Doors open at 9h00, and since we're at Napierville, you get to have the chance to take your car down the track and check out it's 1/4mile time. Qualifications start at 10h00 and the races start at 14h00. The meet should be finished by around 16h00 where your invited to stay afterwards and watch as Mario Corriveau and other Jet Funny cars take to the track

We Feed you too!!
The entrance fee for the day is $10 and this covers your lunch (1 poutine, 1 hot-dog and 1 softdrink), if you want to race there will be an additional $20 that must be paid to Napierville Dragway.

Hell, we even give you MONEY!!
The CCQ has been able to arrange for payouts for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd quickest Honda's to race that day. We've also arranged for prize giveaways through our partners for members of the CCQ in different catergories.

All the info can be found here:

About how long a drive is it from T.O. to Napierville?/ I'd love to come and check out the CCQ and rip up the track for a few runs. WHo'd be seriously interested in going for another cruise? (yah I know we just had one but what the hey) ...

Napierville is about 30mins from Montreal.
