I saw a red one on Dufferin St. in Toronto a couple weeks ago.

Well if there was a loophole in bringing over the EVO VIII then that must have been how it was here.

look at the Mitsu Evo, or the Pontiac GTO...even though it has US VIN, it doesnt meet OUR bumper crash standards....

and the most important fact is, a NON-Complying car to CANADIAN standards cannot be modified to make it compliant.

(Though the US laws allow cars to be modified to make it compliant to their standards)
