no one would do anything... well at least I would doubt people actually doing anything. If they did it would be dumb, they would get charged. I only keep an eye out cause his mom lives down the street from me im just curious if he still comes around or if he has fled the country lol

How many people here have actually witnessed him stealing anything?

How many people here have actually seen his criminal record to be able to say that he has been charged and convicted for theft-related offences?

There seems to be a lot of ethugs and wannabe-vigilantes here whipping each other up into a frenzy over little more than allegations. If anyone here has solid evidence, they should be contacting their local police or at least ringing up Crimestoppers.

I'm really surprised that the forum owners and admins have left this thread going. Despite the "waiver" that forum users sign, the forum owners can be held responsible for the contents of postings here even if they themselves have not posted them.

There is more than enough stupidity being expressed in this thread that the alleged thief could easily initiate one very expensive lawsuit for slander and defamation of character, and if he does so, the forum owners and admins would be forced to defend against that suit. The best thing for this thread would be for it to disappear.

He has been saying **** right back at us, so it work both ways,lol. plus he said he was not at that mall that day, but yet his car was seen on tape leaving there around the same time the lip was stolen, so right there he is lying about that, so what else is he lying about, most likely every thing. Plus he can't do **** about what we say on here, it's people opinion of him, and as we do have a freedome of speach, I will say this, he's a ****ing loser.

Yeah, he changed his name and said that he was the person that stole the lip and that the other person was not the one responsible for it. The admin checked the IP address and it was the same one as the other person denying it. He just screwed him self over. lol

Freedom of speech may be a protected right, but like all rights there are limits. Try yelling fire in a theatre or joking about bombs while on a plane if you want to challenge this.

Saying he's a loser is fair game. Accusing him of criminal conduct without clear proof (and nothing posted here as "proof" here would constitute clear proof as far as legalities go) opens you up to civil legal procedings for slander and libel. Inciting others to commit violence against him or damage against his property could open you up to criminal proceedings.

As others have said, if you have proof, take it to the cops. Anything else, especially suggestions to commit assault or vandalism, is extremely irresponsible.

This is all over Canada now I just read it on Lowmotion.org which is a Halifax NS based site even though this happened in ON it still hits close to home since we are ll on these sites.

If all you did was read something on a web site, that would not constitute any sort of proof short of you being there looking over his shoulder as he typed his confession. Somehow, I doubt that is the case here.

Either way, encouraging vandalism or assault over any of it is still way out of line.
