intake manifold gasket.

Why the hell are you replacing the waterpump, thermostat and fan? You have air in the system. If you installed the headgasket PROPERLY then it should be an intake manifold gasket. But do a leakdown test first. Or better yet.. do a system pressure test.

Damn man, I am having the exact same problem in my D15B7. I have changed the thermostat and radiator cap and flushed and filled the fluid. Before I changed the above it was overheating and after that was changed that stopped but my coolant in the reservoir keeps boiling and for some reason is almost at the top of the reservoir. Oh yea, I also changed my fan relay but still have to check if the fan motor is working since my fan does not turn on. So anyone with any input, let us know.
Thanks

What would the intake manifold gasket have to do with it? It makes no sence.

That's because your not educated. Theres a coolant port that passes through the intake manifold. If that seal/gasket rips then air is now getting into the coolant passage.

Does the coolant foam or bubble more when you revv it up?
