Finding Your Car's Worth

Does anyone know of any person or company that will value your car's worth....I am selling my car and wanted to know what the value is..... I have a rough idea but having a company provide you with an estimate it makes selling the car a lil easier...

Thanks

like auto appraising?
There are some companies in hamilton that do it, sometimes car insurance companies require you to do this if you have a heavily modified car. Search the yellowpages for appraisal companies.

ur car's worth = what someone is willing to pay for it....simple supply & demand.

go to autotrader.ca, find comparable vehicles, and see how much they are listed for. done.

most car manufacturer websites have an 'appraise your trade' sort of a link....check that out. its usually pretty decent in terms of the approximation.

I was surprised to see my car's value pretty close on average across three of the sites i checked....low of 7000 and high of 9000. it goes without saying that its in a total stock mode.

sigh...cant take those sidemarkers out now..haha

i think that would be worth some money lots of people would love to spend a couple thousand to get that engine in their bay. my friend picked up a 93 si b16a2, suspension, brakes, new paint and rims for 8500. great deal.

well actually if i got him to name everything you would think its a great deal, the b16 was fully built, forged pistons, 550cc injectors, zex wet kit 100 shot, k&n/aem CAI, edelbrock intake manifold, dc headers, full cat back, vibrant testpipe, 16inch motegi rims, pedals, seats, steering wheel, tint, the car dynos 240whp and runs 12.2 at st thomas. i think he got a great deal considering if i got a complete list , which he has because he gave it to his insurance, the parts alone on the car were over 30K.
