Dont the csx's already have the d2r hid bulbs?
Other than that, any PnP hid kit install is the same, disconnect the bulb, plug in that harness into the ballast then ballast to the bulb, cant fail, only plugs in one way.

well yeah it is a plug and play but ive heard u need to remove the bumper and headlights which im not too excited about lol

Even if you can do it without removing the front bumper, I think you should. It's not as hard as it sounds and you'll be able to do a cleaner job of it. You don't really need to I don't think though. You may be able to pull the inner fender liners and get to the back of the headlights that way and mount the ballasts up there too, but I'd pull the bumper and do a nice clean install. It's not like you have a ratty old civic you have a newer car, keep it looking that way.
