HELP: Installing HIDs Problem - Missing Cables?

Today i bought a set of ballasts from the member the.hid.lighting in this forum that sells stuff. I had bought some HID bulbs off the internet a couple of months ago, and needed some ballasts to go with them. i contacted this person because i thought they could supply that. I asked how much an H4 kit would be WITHOUT THE BULBS. they said $75 so i agreed. i picked them today and now i'm confused as ****.

1) there is no power supply... where is the power cables?
2) the connectors DONT FIT! how many different type of connectors are there?

so i'd like to know if i got ****ed for a power supply. i called the lady back she said her bulbs were $65, so **** that. and can i just cut the connectors and splice the two wires together to make them work?

check out this picture to see what i'm talking about... the two ballasts is ALL i was given:

you should have just got the whole package maybe? i think its only like 115 for hi/low. that way your not mixing and matching. You are probably missing the wire set as well.

my kit came w/ everything, but they only used the ballast and the bulb, they didn't use the power wires that connect to your battery...not sure why, but it works

If i was you i would contact HIDLighting again, tell him that you just want a real set. since u paid 75 already just add another 35 bucks or so and get something that you will never have a worry in the back of your mind.
