Yes, you can use the D16A6 transmission on the D16Z6 engine. You have to pay attention to the year of the transmission though, cause the 88 and 89+ have a diffferent number of splines on the input shaft. As long as you get an 89+ trans, you can use the 90-2000 clutch and flywheel.
88 has 21 splines on the input shaft
89+ has 20 spline on input shaft
88 used 190mm flywheel
89 used 200mm flywheel
90+ used 212mm flywheel
you can get away with running a 88 trans on the z6 if you buy a 90+ flywheel and pressure plate, and a 1988 Honda Accord clutch disk.
you can run the 89-91 transmission with 90+ flywheel, clutch disk and pressure plate.
