which tranny?

which tranny?

hey guys...

just wanna know which tranny will give me a better milage for my motor?

it's for a obd2 B18C5 motor

i drive a lot on this car, like 80-100km per day, all city dirve, no highway.....

so, which tranny is good for me?

Take it easier on the gas? You will spend a lot of $ swapping/buying transmission and in the end you will save very little. Just drive easy, do a tune up, that will get you a little better mulage.
If you were doing highway driving I'd say get ls 5th gear but now... Just stick with what you got. But that's just me.

the ITR tranny will go for my other car, and this car will be my daily working car, that's why i asked........

in that case, then jsut go with the LS, its a purpose built economy car tranny. but that would be a waste on a GSR.

why not just drive the GSR and shift like a granny...2~3k shifts....its annoying but i do that now with the LS and get 30~35 mpg

The GSR tranny ratio is very similar to the ITR ratio.

You'd be better off with a simple B18b tranny.
