Shift Pole Integra vs. Civic

I have a 98 ek d-series.

I am just wondering my buddy has a megan racing dual bend shifter he bought for his 99 integra but wrote the car off. Will this fit in my 98 ek?

I know stupid question but i am new to the Honda scene.

Thanks in advance

Yes it will. I have one in my car (em1(ek)) and it works great.

I think the d and b series linkage is different. The base of a b shifter is to wide for the d linkage. His shifter might be too wide for your linkage hwere iit bolts together.

How much too wide is it? If it's not too much, could probably just remove some material and still use it.

just an update of you buy after market you can use the one for the Teg. It is the same width as a ek. They come with spaces so you can use it on a Teg, so just use the shift pole without the spacers.
