Problem With Shift Solenoid?

I need an A/B Shift Solenoid for a 1998 Honda Civic Si...

Some mechanic quoted me $340 for part and labor, and Honda Dealer quoted me $667...

Can I buy the part and replace it by myself, or is it a job for the professionals...?

I don't know anything about cars, but I don't want to get rip off for a job, if I can do myself...

It is 129$ on rockauto.com, shipping is usually 30$ or so. It is a simple install. Just make sure you have a new gasket and its just removing two bolts and unplugging the harness from the solenoid. Make sure you clean the surface of the transmission and make sure you dont get any dirt inside.
